Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Modmuse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- High seasonal volume (e.g., holidays)
If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local carrier office.

While we are not liable for stolen or lost packages after confirmed delivery, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to:

- Incomplete apartment or suite numbers

We do not process or ship orders on:

- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
